Coventry Welsh RFC are very closely placed to the Coventry City football club home ground. The Ricoh Arena main entrance is ideally situated just 400 metres from Coventry Welsh Rugby Club's clubhouse and carpark. This sees the club able to offer secure car parking for most Ricoh stadium events. The club have hosted fans for the Oasis concert in July 2009, Take That's circus tour live in June 2009.
The Ricoh arena also played host to the EDF Energy cup where we welcomed back our friends from Northampton Saints RFC who wouldn't go anywhere else. Pop into our friendly rugby clubhouse for a reasonably priced drink and something to eat, prior to an event and the wander across just before start time and avoid the Car park stress.
You also benefit when its time to go home, avoiding all of the other traffic as our Burbages Lane ground offers access to local roads that will not be snarled up due to congestion as Burbages Lane is blocked to traffic at the Ricoh Arena End.
